John Reynolds from Tillicoultry is a multi media worker who has been interested in the way nature and landscapes can be taken and shown to the world by taking a photo with the right aperture and shutter speed john will use either his phone or the Canon EOS 250D Body when he’s looking for the perfect shot but well use his phone when he needs to capture the moment then and there when he doesn’t have his camera.
as well as practicing editing for example small short films learning how to make them more cinema and more edited.
The way he takes photos on phones and cameras and makes them look professional is fantastic as shown in this image the way he can make the simplest of towns or nature shine and be shown professionally.
John loves to test different things for example tinkering with editing a photo and trying to change how it originally looked by changing whites or blacks or the saturation or selective colouring john is well-known for his liking of editing and how it can change a photo entirely and show a whole new perspective into the photo.
He has shown great potential in his past roles John used to work as an optical assented where he would have to use certain machines and aim them at people’s eyes and pupils and take photos of them with great care to get all the details for the opticians who would look at them and study them for the clients which helped John become patience and would help him get into a closer look into nature photography and macro and closer look on trees and wildlife in nature and learn more about in-depth looks into photos as well as a great details into short films he makes as well.
John studied at Alva academy where he first started taking photography more seriously when he had it as a subject and learned more about it and what photographer he wanted to be he is also still studying at forth Valley College where he is learning more about photography as he learns more skills the more improvement is shown in his photos taken by him as well as when began learning about social media and the work he can learn for example movies and short films learning more editing skills as he went to this subject and began thinking of being a multi media maker.
John's goals a quite simple and is to try and improve his skills the best he possibly can and see where his photography will take him that’s his goal then his professional goal is to try and improve his work even more and become better with his skills to his client’s how good his work is.
John has many hobbies that are not just photography he likes hill walking where he lives and the fact he lives in Scotland means there are many hills to walk and climb another favourite of John is cycling he enjoys cycling around places like in hills on their pathways as well as on ramps at parks and just enjoys himself he’s also quite a gamer where he has developed many skills in gaming as well as the gym he likes to try and keep himself fit for example going to the gym 2-3 days a week or at home he well go swimming as well since he enjoys it quite a lot.
John Reynolds is a professional in many aspects of photography as well in life he likes to do the very best in each aspect of his photos and tries to improve on them every day as he learns more and more in work as well in school and life.
